BRISBANE: THE ASHES TEST 2025, THE GABBA.
When my brother and I drove over the bridge and into Brisbane city, we were met by the all the colour of the lights. Infinite rainbow colours, on the bridges, pathways, buildings, cycleways, even the ferries were lit up. It was like we had entered a brand new technicolor dream. This moment was one of the few times which my brother and I shared an organic moment of childlike awe together - in unison. We both proclaimed "Brisbane looks awesome". The city looked so beautiful, so playful, so pretty. It made us forget about everything for a brief moment, the dysfunctional ties that bind us. It allowed an opening for excitement, for what the days ahead had in store for us.
